At Contractor Compliance, LLC; we want everyone to be in compliance. With that goal in mind we take all necessary steps to ensure compliance. This includes complying with State and Federal labor regulations, local labor codes, and project specific requirements.
There are a few elements, Overall cost of the project, Scope(s) of work, Funding source, Project Owner, that will determine the compliance on a project. It is not your contract total that determines our cost - but the work it takes to ensure compliance. The compliance for a 30k project could rightly be the same or more than a 500k project. It all depends on the other project factors.
